How does the free trial work?
It's pretty simple. You get access to all of Stages, completely free, for 21 days. Once your trial ends, we'll charge your credit card on a monthly basis.
Do I have to sign a contract?
Nope! Unlike some other companies, we don't want to "trick" or "con" you into using Stages. We truly believe that you'll love our product and choose to stay with us.
How safe is my data?
All of your data is protected with SSL 256-bit encryption, and we work with Microsoft's Windows Azure web hosting to ensure that your information is secure.
Can I get a discount?
If you need a plan with more users, you need phone support, or you need a custom feature, we're happy to talk numbers. Just email us at support@getstages.com.
How do I contact support?

Do you need my credit card?
You do not have to enter your credit card number to use Stages. Instead, you can pay for your account using Shopify's billing system, which will add the subscription fee to your Shopify invoice.
