Configure your account’s timezone to ensure Due Date emails and automation rules operate according to your local time zone rather than the server’s UTC time.

  1. Navigate to Account Settings → General (/account/settings)
  2. Find the Account Timezone dropdown
  3. Select your IANA timezone (e.g., America/Chicago, Europe/London)
  4. Click Save

Only account owners can change the timezone setting.

  • Due Date Email Scheduling: Automation emails based on due dates (Overdue, Due, DueIn1Day, etc.) are calculated using your account’s timezone. The daily check runs at the correct local time for your region.
  • Dashboard Overdue Display: On the tracking widget (proxy page), the due date status (today, overdue, future) is determined using your account’s timezone.
  • Date Display: Order dates in the dashboard follow your browser’s local timezone, not the account timezone setting.

The system uses IANA timezone names (e.g., America/Chicago, Asia/Tokyo). These are the standard identifiers used by operating systems and libraries. If no timezone is set, the account falls back to UTC.
