Tracking Widget
Section titled “Tracking Widget”Embed a tracking widget on your Shopify store so customers can check their order status without contacting you.
How it works
Section titled “How it works”Customers visit the widget page on your store and enter their email address to find their order. You can also send them a direct link to their specific order using the {{stages.trackinglink}} handlebar in your automated emails.
Widget options
Section titled “Widget options”By default, customers search by email address only. You can also enable search by order ID.
Privacy note: Order ID search lets anyone who knows one order number guess adjacent numbers (e.g., 1234, 1235). The widget shows the order date and line items but not the shipping address. Keep your stage names from revealing sensitive information too.
